Top-notch experience ordering products from this company. I was ordering from the United States but for delivery into another country: zero issues - was able to do everything on the web site with nary a hitch. The product shipped promptly within the time-frame which was specified at the time of ordering. Shipping was a little expensive, but in line with the market rates for the country I was shipping to: no issues. The product itself is beautiful in every way and was very reasonably priced considering the craftsmanship. I cannot recommend WindowO more.
